Summer Programs at SMCHS
Santa Margarita Catholic High School is proud to announce its comprehensive summer program offering academic courses, enrichment opportunities and athletic camps. Classes and camps are open to current students, youth and the community.

Summer session runs from June 21 to July 29. SMCHS will be closed on Monday, July 5 in observance of Independence Day.
 
Bridge and enrichment courses, athletic camps, and youth camps are offered at various times. Please see the summer programs catalogue for greater detail.
 
Session I: First Semester Remediation and most academic courses
(see summer programs catalogue for greater detail and fees): 
June 21 – July 9 (No school July 5)
7:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
 
Session II: Second Semester Remediation and most academic courses
(see summer programs catalogue for greater detail and fees):
July 12 – July 29
7:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
 
Incoming Freshmen Mandatory Summer School (Math & Lang. Arts)
If summer school is deemed mandatory, it will be indicated on the acceptance letter.
June 24 - July 30 (No school July 5)
7:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
10:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Fees: One Course $300; Two Courses $600

There are no excused absences for academic courses. That means any tests, quizzes, homework, projects, etc. may not be made up.
